Thomas Homer (d.1792)

THOMAS HOMER was a convict who was tried and convicted alongside co-accused JOSEPH MORDECAI at the Old Bailey, London and sentenced to seven years transportation on 25 February 1789. HOMER arrived with the Third Fleet per Salamander (1791) on 21 August 1791 but did not live long in the colony. He was buried in an unmarked grave at St. John’s Cemetery, Parramatta on 18 March 1792.
