Robert Elderkin (d.1792)

ROBERT ELDERKIN was a convict who was tried and convicted at Bourne, Lincolnshire, England and sentenced to seven years transportation on 6 October 1789. ELDERKIN arrived with the Third Fleet per Admiral Barrington (1791) on 16 October 1791 but did not last long in the colony. He was buried in an unmarked grave at St. John’s Cemetery, Parramatta on 8 February 1792.
