Peter Fitzgerald (d.1792)

PETER FITZGERALD was a convict who was tried and convicted at Surrey, England and sentenced to seven years transportation on 17 April 1787. FITZGERALD arrived with the Third Fleet per William and Ann (1791) and was buried in an unmarked grave at St. John’s Cemetery, Parramatta on 21 February 1792. He was probably the father of the individual recorded as PETER FITCH JARRAL 2d who died less than two weeks later and was buried on 3 March 1792.
