Joseph Cook (d.1792)

JOSEPH COOK was a convict who was tried and convicted at the Old Bailey and sentenced to seven years transportation on 1787. COOK sailed from Portsmouth with the Third Fleet per Albemarle (1791) on 27 March 1791 and arrived on 13 October 1791 but did not last long in the colony. He was the “JOSEPH COOK, Convict” buried in an unmarked grave at St. John’s Cemetery, Parramatta on 11 June 1792.
