John Starr (d.1792)

JOHN STARR was a convict who was tried and convicted at the Wiltshire Assizes and sentenced to seven years transportation on 5 March 1791. STARR arrived per Pitt (1792) on 14 February 1792 and lasted only a little over one month in the colony. “JOHN STARR, Convict” was buried in an unmarked grave at St. John’s Cemetery, Parramatta on 27 March 1792.
