John Knights (d.1792)

JOHN KNIGHTS was a convict who was tried and convicted at Norwich in Norfolk, England and sentenced to seven years transportation on 19 March 1789. KNIGHTS arrived with the Third Fleet per Matilda (1791) on 1 August 1791 but did not survive long in the colony. He was buried in an unmarked grave at St. John’s Cemetery, Parramatta on 14 February 1792.
