JOHN HEATH was a convict who was tried and convicted at the Worcester Assizes and sentenced to seven years transportation on 5 March 1791. He sailed from Yarmouth per Pitt (1792) on 17 July 1791 and arrived on 14 February 1792 but did not last long in the colony. He was the “JOHN HEATH, Convict” buried in an unmarked grave at St. John’s Cemetery, Parramatta on 20 June 1792.
