John Blackburn (d.1792)

JOHN BLACKBURN was a convict who was tried and convicted at Preston, Lancashire, England and sentenced to seven years transportation on 15 January 1789. BLACKBURN arrived with the Third Fleet per Admiral Barrington (1791) on 16 October 1791 but did not survive long in the colony. He was buried in an unmarked grave at St. John’s Cemetery, Parramatta on 2 January 1792.
