JOHN ATKINS was a convict who was tried and convicted in Surrey, England in 1791 and sentenced to transportation for life. He arrived with the Third Fleet per William and Ann (1791) and was buried at St. John’s Cemetery, Parramatta on 10 October the same year. His grave was unmarked therefore its exact location in the cemetery is unknown.
